Cancellation Policy

• Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days before a programme starts
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before a programme starts are eligible for credit towards future programmes
• No refunds are available for missed sessions unless due to illness (with reasonable notice)
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule programmes due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances

Attendance and Conduct

• Students are expected to arrive on time for sessions
• Parents/guardians must provide accurate contact information and be reachable during sessions
• We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour disrupts learning for other students
• Parents/guardians must inform us of any relevant medical conditions or learning needs

Intellectual Property
